After a busy day at the congress, my mum, my friends and I decided to take a walk through the streets of Latvia. The city greeted us with the warm hues of the setting sun, which gilded the ancient buildings, giving them a special charm. I grabbed my phone, as always, to preserve these moments.
I admired the architecture - the walls of the old houses, faded by time, bore the marks of decades. The façades, framed by light, seemed to bring to life memories whose stories I tried to capture. In one of the buildings, I noticed simple but evocative details - the outline of windows, arches, a faded pattern on the walls. This building looked modest, but there was a special beauty in its forms that spoke of time and history, as if it stood there, watching everyone who passed by, including us.
These photos are more than just the moments I saw. They are a reminder that in every detail, in every building and leaf, you can find something meaningful if you stop and look closely. Our walks in Latvia became a journey not only through the city, but also through memories, atmosphere and time.
